Dear Pastors & Youth Leaders,
We bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are indeed excited about what God is doing in the Central Georgia Jurisdiction Youth Department. We appreciate our Pastor and Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop Chandler David Owens for his love for young people and his support of the Central Georgia Youth Department.
Goals and Projections for 2009
1. Minister to our youth through programs that will bring them into true relationship with Jesus Christ and the infilling of the Holy Ghost.
2. Help our youth to be well-rounded citizens, who live for the Lord.
3. Help our churches/Districts appoint and develop youth leaders at their respective levels.
Projected Schedule of Youth Activities for 2009
4th Saturday Meeting - Youth and Youth Leadership Training Classes - Training is being conducted for youth ages 13-21 on fourth Saturdays. This is open for all young people who want to grow and develop in God, personally, academically, and professionally.
Young Men of Valor Training is conducted by Minister Andre Castro, and Young Women of Excellence Training is conducted by Chairlady Dionne Allen. Please meet them at the 4th Saturday Meeting to be blessed.

June 8th - 13th, 2009 - State AIM. June 12th, Friday Night 7pm, Impact Impartation was held at Cathedral of Faith Church of God in Christ where Pastor Arthur was the host pastor. National Youth Dept. President Linwood Dillard ministered to our youth in a powerful way.

Saturday 12pm, Dr. Beatrice Gardner Afternoon Glory Impact, Cathedral of Faith Church of God in Christ, Pastor Arthur Mosley is the host pastor. We will have more T-Shirts available for those who did not get them.
June 29th - July 3rd, 2009 - International AIM Convention, Tampa, Florfida. Please contact Elder Humphries at kwh777@bellsouth.net or 678 314 4045 to get your Central Georgia T-Shirt and Southeast Region Youth Impact 2009 T-Shirt for only $15.00 each.
July 30th - August 1st, 2009- Youth Adventure 2009, Rock Eagle 4H Center, Eatonton, GA. The price again will be only $100.00 with transportation being provided. The price includes some absolutely outstanding teaching, all six meals, lodging, a canoeing class, plus use of basketball court, and two swimming pools. Please plan to bring your church and come along for the fun. We are inviting all Youth Leaders and parents to bring their Youth Groups for a great event.
